This club is primarily created for general members. For those who feel left behind, are struggling to develop skills, or don't know where to start – this club acts like a guiding shadow.
Even academically strong students without practical experience are taught the real-life implementation of theories.
The belief that "I can do it too" is enough for members. The rest will be demonstrated by the club.
Advisory members are experienced individuals such as teachers, industry professionals, or technology-related organizations who play a crucial role in guiding, advising, and shaping decisions for the club. They serve as a trusted support for club policies, planning, and long-term growth.
Eligibility:
• Teachers, guardians, or former executives who were long associated with the club and are willing to provide advisory support.
• Must be responsible and well-versed with the club's rules and regulations.
• Industry professionals with expertise in Computer Science or technology, willing to contribute to the club’s activities.
• Institutions involved in technology, education, or career development that align with the club’s vision can also become advisory members.
• For external advisory members (e.g., industry professionals or organizations), consent from the executive and existing advisory members is required, and selection will be based on constitutionally set policies.
• If necessary and based on the importance of specific activities, advisory members or institutions may be provided with financial support as per the club's budget, policies, and executive decisions.
Executive members are the driving force of the club. They are actively involved in projects, events, and operational activities of the club. Responsibilities include decision-making, conducting training, mentoring new members, and organizing regular meetings and workshops.

• Must have experience in a particular skill or leadership qualities.
• Must show discipline and responsible behavior.

Those who were members of the club in the past and have graduated are considered alumni members. They help preserve experience and knowledge within the club and can participate or support events when needed.

• Former students of the Computer Science & Technology department at Dhaka Polytechnic Institute and ex-members of CST Club.

Membership Process
- Must be a student of any department at Dhaka Polytechnic Institute.
- Membership circulars are published at the beginning of each semester on our website notice board, Facebook page, and official group.
- Collect the form from CST Club’s registrar branch and submit it with accurate info and required documents.
- Name, gender, email, phone, roll, registration no, session, semester, shift, department.
- Copy of diploma registration and last admit card.
- For 1st semester: SSC registration and admit card (must submit diploma documents later or membership will be canceled).
- Submitted email cannot be changed and will be used for login on the website.

Rules and Regulations
Membership may be revoked under the following circumstances:
- Violation of discipline or club constitution
- Absence in scheduled meetings
- Engaging in unethical activities (theft, fraud, misconduct, defamation)
- Misuse of club data or resources
- Neglecting responsibilities, financial misconduct, or disobeying committee decisions
Termination Process
- First time: Warning
- Second time: Written notice
- Third time: Investigation and dismissal
- Apology, observation period, and commitment to active participation
- No reinstatement for serious offenses (financial corruption, data breach, criminal activities)
