CST Club Return & Refund Policy

CST Club operates through both physical and virtual platforms (via website). The club organizes various workshops, events, projects, and hackathons. A membership fee is required to participate in these activities, which can be seen on the membership page.

If we organize any paid workshop, event, hackathon, or project, the refund policy for these activities is provided below.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Once enrolled in a paid workshop, event, hackathon, or project, you must request a refund within 48 hours of enrollment. Refund requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. After joining the membership, you will not be refunded the membership fee.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you need to provide a valid reason and documentation as proof. Your refund request must be submitted to us with this proof.

Refund Process

Refunds will never be made directly in cash. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to pay the fee.

If your refund request is successfully approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

If any service charges apply during the refund process, the member will bear these charges.

After the refund process is completed, you will no longer be able to participate in the club’s paid activities, and your access to those activities will be lost.

Partial Refund Request

Partial refund requests will not be accepted. For example, if you request a refund saying "I don't want to participate anymore, please refund the remaining amount," such requests will not be considered.

Exceptions & Special Cases

The refund policy applies only to paid workshops, events, hackathons, or projects, not to the membership fee.

Terms & Conditions

You must carefully review the terms and conditions of any activity before participating. If any terms are missed, we will not accept refund requests afterward.

Platform Usage Guidelines

By using our platform, you agree to follow our refund policy. If any user fails to comply with the terms of the refund policy, they will not be provided with our services and will not be allowed to participate in any activities on the platform.
